I had an overall disappointing experience at Bintan Lagoon Resort. While the breathtaking sea view from my villa and the friendly staff were highlights, the state of the resort left much to be desired. The rooms were infested with ants, the resort felt rundown, and the prices for activities were quite steep. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you’re traveling with kids who won't mind the issues.

I had a wonderful experience at the resort, primarily due to the extremely cooperative staff who went above and beyond to help me recover my valuables. The ambiance was lovely, and the amenities like private beaches and golf added to the charm.
